Return Policy: How to Return or Exchange Products & General Questions

Thank you so much for your purchase! We hope that you are enjoying your new fitnesswear! If upon receiving your item(s) you find you need to make a return or exchange, IMPACT requires the following:

• All tags – inside the garment and the hang tags – must be attached to the garment and it must be in original and unworn condition. PLEASE try on all your clothing with undergarments BEFORE removing any tags. We cannot return or exchange any items that do not have all tags attached and in original condition. Any items sent back to IMPACT with tags removed will not be refunded or exchanged.
• You have a FULL 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange items that meet the above conditions. Any items sent back to Impact Fitness after 30 days of purchase will be refunded only in the form of a gift card credit for an additional 30 days. We cannot accept any items for return, exchange, OR credit past 60 days, so please make sure to check your invoice date prior to sending items.

Your online order will include a return / exchange form with the packaging. When sending any items back for return / exchange, please make sure to include ALL of the following information:

• Name
• Invoice Date
• Invoice Number
• Items being sent back (style, color, size)
• If this is a return or an exchange
• If it is an exchange, what you would like to exchange for (style, color, size)

Impact Fitness guarantees the listed price of our products for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you have made a purchase within 14 days and you find that the item is now listed at a lower price online, we will gladly issue a gift card credit for the price difference. You must contact us in via e-mail within the 14 days to qualify for a price match. No other exceptions will be made. Price matches are not issued for special online promotions, coupons codes, discount codes or other promotional purchase offers.
